1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Exmora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of Exmora, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
Exmora offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on Exmora -- including questions, explanations, analytics, and interface design -- is owned by Exmora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Exmora content without prior written permission.
Exmora content is intended for personal study purposes only. Sharing exam questions or answers outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute or publicly share exam questions or answers
6. Limitation of Liability
Exmora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will lead to certification success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exmora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Exmora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of Exmora after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
